How long does delivery take?
We pride ourselves on speed! Since we dispatch directly from our UK warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) via our premium courier partners.
Where do you ship from?
Unlike many other online stores, we hold all our stock right here in the United Kingdom. This means no long waits for overseas shipping and no surprise customs fees.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely. We want you to love your decorations. If you're not completely happy, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with UK Consumer Rights laws. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time with our courier partner (Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes).
