At Wavely, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Each item is made to order in collaboration with our official production partner to ensure premium quality. Because our products are made to order, refunds and returns are only accepted under specific conditions, as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

You may request a return only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 5 days of receiving the product.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Different color expectations
  • Normal wear and tear

Return Process

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

Include Details

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing damaged or defective product

Review & Approval

Our team will review your case and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Note: Returned products must be properly packaged to avoid further damage during shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning an item are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
